Our Review

The Royal Terrace Hotel offers a wonderful chance to savour the historical elegance of the Georgian era, just a few steps from the modern designer boutiques of Princes Street and its surroundings. It is also very rare among Edinburgh hotels in having its own private, landscaped garden, where you can sit out during the summer months and savour a pre-dinner cocktail after a hard day’s sightseeing.

     Clean, spacious room and very comfortable....             very comfortable ...             my room was very small and crumped...             there was only warm water and no cold. even the wc was flushed with warm water...              there were no hardryers in the rooms...              bathroom was dirty ...             our room 3G rather small...              The suite was beautifully arranged on our arrival...             was up graded to a suite ...             One of the worst rooms I have stayed in...             Room had no aircon or fan ...             heating wasn't very efficient ...             it would have been nice to come back to a warm room...             NICE ROOM,(509}...             were allocated basement room which was right under wedding reception went on till 1am,...             No heating in the room...
