Our Review
Lovely little family run hotel of 11 rooms, which will suit anyone looking for original Edinburgh hospitality in a traditional setting. Good city centre location which benefits from being in a quiet spot away from most of the city noise. The hotel also has a bar and offers free Wi-Fi to all guests. As a small lowrise hotel a lift is not required so rooms are accessed by stairs, this fact may not suit guests with mobility dificulties.

Located in the New Town, a quiet city centre spot within a short walking distance of Princes Street and Edinburgh castle. Established as a hotel in 1924 the hotel has retained many of its original period features from the time it was a Georgian Town House.

couldn't stay there for more than a night ot two. ... breakfast was wonderful.... Lovely hotel. ... Small and quiet.... very clean... Breakfast fruit salad was tinned peaches...
