Our Review

An Edinburgh landmark, peerlessly stylish, the Balmoral boasts a prime location at number one Princes Street and is therefore an excellent base from which to explore the city. Inside, it provides elegant accommodation, combining contemporary design with original features. There is a range of facilities on offer, including a Spa, a brasserie and a Michelin-starred restaurant. The Balmoral will ensure a relaxing and opulent experience for guests.

Friendly staff ... The staff where very frinendly and great with our little boy... All staff were wonderful... Exceptionally nice staff throughout ... very helpful concierge desk... Very friendly and helpful staff ... Valet parking is a must... front of house staff are first class ... very friendly service,... very friendly with excellent service.... Very helpful staff... You will have to go far to find a better quality of service.... staff are absolutely fantastic!... there was a bottle of champagne and a congratulatory note from the hotel staff!... The service is outstanding!... we were given an upgrade on arrival....
