Ten Hill Place has a quiet location yet is still within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile and Princes Street. This hotel has a contemporary style, providing comfortable accommodation with standard facilities. Guests can relax in the stylish bar area, though there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by to choose from. Room standard is better than most hotels of a similar rating.

     Small rooms but very nice...             bathroom was not as clean as we would have expeceted ...              bed comfy ...              super room...             the bed was super comfy ...             clean, quiet and comfortable....             Modern, clean room with a great shower....             Rooms are a lot smaller than you would imagine. ...             very comfortable ...              rooms were clean and a good size...             rooms aren't massive but adequate and very clean...             lean...             the hotel room was very well presented ...             Room was very nice ...             nice sized rooms ...             Rooms exceeded expectations...
